IFG can also provide consultation and engineering for the redesign, modification, reconditioning and installation of any or all of this system in order to meet your factory's application, process and space constrains and requirements.
The heart of the system is a pristine (12) Twelve -Stage Stainless Steel Washer. Though the system was designed for Zinc-Phosphate it could be reconfigured to create (2) two individual 5-Stage Iron-Phosphate or Nano washers
The automatic powder system and booth can be replaced with liquid spray equipment and spray booths to meet your finishing needs.
This system was originally manufactured for line manufacturing microwaves, flat screen televisions and solar panel components. It was designed and built by George Koch Sons, Inc of Evansville, Indiana at a cost of approximately $2,500,000. The installation was completed late 1999 with production commencing in 2000. The system was taking out of service in late 2010.
